About Conference

The V International Conference will be held on October 2–7, 2017 and hosted by the Institute of Mechanics of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. During the conference a Special Session will be organized in honor of Foreign Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, Professor Alexander Manzhirov on the occasion of his 60th birthday and to celebrate his contributions to mechanics and applied mathematics.

Aims and Scope

The conference aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and engineers to exchange and share their experience and results on all aspects of continuum mechanics. It also aims to provide the premier interdisciplinary forum for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the field of continuum mechanics.
